  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

  • You can track your package using the provided link or by visiting the carrier’s website.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check the tracking information first.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.
