Return and Refund Policy

At White Strips, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@white-strips.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and return the item to you at your expense.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following our return policy.
